Our Services
Our main specialty is roofing; we are a full service exterior remodeling company offering Roofing, Siding, and Gutter installation and repairs. We provide free estimates and we also offer roof inspections for a fee which are often used in real estate transactions.
Mike and crew are amazing! They came out on time, as scheduled and worked their butts off. They had great recommendations for improvements, upgrades from a dated roof, and their price was fair. They did not try to up-sell us on anything. Mike actually brought a ladder and went up on the roof for the estimate! They are experienced roofers, not just salespeople. Upon final walk-through, Mike noticed a few cleanup issues (total minutia, I wouldn’t have even known to look), and is sending his crew back out to make the work pristine this week. We are having them back soon to replace rotted fascia and old gutters, but our new lifetime guaranteed roof has bough us some time to budget for this next expense. We highly recommend Commonwealth to others!

Working with Mike and his team at Commonwealth was an excellent experience. My wife and I noticed shingles on the driveway and called Commonwealth. They were out the same day and identified what was going on with our roof and made the necessary repairs. Mike was incredibly honest and let us know, based on our roof condition that we could repair the roof and keep it going for many more years to come. It is really nice to work with people you can trust and we will be using Mike and the Commonwealth team for as many projects we can get them on.
